I find these and tons of similar questions in every eCommerce forum I visit. eCommerce businesses everywhere, be it young or mature seem to face the same challenges of not having desired sales numbers. Well, I will have to be a little blunt on your face here and say that there’s no one single reason for inadequate sales. And neither is there a one-size-fits-all policy which you apply and BOOM! Your sales numbers will skyrocket. Several factors like audience targeting, appropriate keyword research, well written product descriptions – everything collectively work towards improving your conversions and in boosting sales and revenue.

I usually suggest eCommerce owners to experiment with other forms of marketing other than Facebook Ads and AdWords. Try advertising on other social media platforms simultaneously. There is really no dearth of digital marketing tools and SEO tools online and some of them have really yielded some fantastic results for online businesses.
